Professor Simcoe fresh from North Laine Brewery

Dan our professor of brewing has come up with our latest North Laine special. Professor Simcoe a 6.3% IPA

A beer that triumphs this fabulous simple hop. Simcoe adds a smooth bitterness, but also packs a punch of stone fruit, pine, and citrus zest aromas. It truly is a dual purpose hop.

This pillowy soft, naturally full bodied, hazy beer showcases one of our favourite hops. Generous amounts of Simcoe are added throughout the brewing processes, demonstrating what a wonderful hop this is. 

Expect bright citrus flavours with earthy undertones, aromas of grapefruit and pine.

Available on draft in a number of Laine Pubs and in cans on our webshop for immediate home delivery.
