Returns and Exchanges

To return an item if you are not happy with the product quality, best before date or you have simply ordered in error - please contact us and send the item back in its original condition. Once we receive your return we will process a refund which will take 5-10 working days to credit your account. Refunds will credit the account used to make the original transaction. Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving the order. 

If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier, they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll process your refund. 

Laine Brew Co accept no responsibility for delivery failure if you have provided an incorrect address or contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.


If you have ordered the wrong size you are welcome to request an exchange. You will need to follow our returns procedure above. We will process a refund for the item and the original delivery charge. You will then need to use our webshop to make a new order for your desired size, and follow the checkout process. 

We recommend contacting us beforehand to discuss available sizes to ensure we can fulfil the new order.
