We wanted to brew something fit for a celebration, and what better than a champagne beer. Light and effervescent this beer is made using both barley and toasted rice - to give a unique malt base - and fermented on champagne yeast before being dry hopped with Motueka.

5.9% ABV	Profile: Expect fruity notes aplenty particularly stone fruits and citrus with a refreshing dryness at the end.
